Where is the zero star?

Worthless, doesnt work. Tried 100 times with dozens of pictures on my ipad that were not format I needed for social media. Now I have hundreds of saved duplicate pictures that FB still wont recognize in format they accept. Glad it was only a dollar for this junk. Fix it or refund my money please and everyone else stay away!
